Important Notice Regarding Orders and Shipping

  • We are able to ship orders within Japan and to countries that are currently accepting Japan Post parcel services. If your country is not in the dropdown menu on our order page, it is usually due to a restriction or regional sanction. We check with Japan Post regularly for updates and update our shipping options accordingly.
  • If a country decides to refuse packages from Japan immediately before or after your order is sent, this may result in your order being returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to discuss your options.
  • Import tax, sales tax, or delivery charges, etc, may be levied on your goods from Kodo, depending on the destination country and the value or quantity of the order. Any charges imposed are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Aug. 27, 2025 Update: Temporary Suspension of Shipping to the USA due to US Tariff and Regulatory Changes

    Following the July 30 US Presidential Order, Japan Post has suspended its US-bound EMS parcel services in line with other national postal operators from Aug. 27, 2025. For this reason, Kodo Online Store has temporarily stopped accepting orders with US shipping addresses. There is currently no estimated date for the resumption of US-bound parcel services. We will update this page when further news comes to hand. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
